Veterinarian
Randy L. Skaggs, DVM
Dr. Skaggs got his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University in 1990. Since then, he has been in private practice working with small animals, large animals, and many exotic animals. He is highly skilled in soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery. He is exceptional at internal medicine and diagnosing illnesses. ​

Dr. Skaggs has a strong history in livestock production and treating stock show animals. He grew up in Pampa, Texas, and was the son of an agriculture teacher. Much of Dr. Skaggs’ spare time involves writing and making appearances for his successful Country Vet book series. He also enjoys beekeeping and spending time with his dog, cat, and five miniature donkeys.
Dr. Skaggs’ veterinary interests also include treating exotic animals. His extensive history in treating exotic animals is recognized by his peers. He receives exotic animals as referrals from a three-state area.

Associate Veterinarian
Emily K. White, DVM
Dr. Emily White was born and raised in nearby Pampa, TX with a long family history of farming and ranching. Dr. White grew up showing barrows and steers with Pampa FFA at all major livestock shows throughout Texas. Dr. White attended Texas A&M University for an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and for veterinary school, graduating in 2022. Dr. White joined the Animal Clinic of Perryton in June of 2022 to return close to her family. Dr. White’s veterinary interests include preventative medicine/surgery, theriogenology, and pathology.
Outside of work, Dr. White enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and border collie, Harper, hiking, fishing and traveling.
